MISSION

Our goal is to reduce drunk driving and get people from the party back home safely. Alcohol related accidents lead to thousands of preventable deaths in the U.S. every year, many of them children. GetHomeSafe is committed to promoting responsible behavior by raising awareness of other ways to get you where you're going besides getting behind the wheel -  safe and sound and in one piece.

We team up with local authorities, nonprofits, and people like you to compile a list of resources that will get you from point A to point B safely. Use our built-in blood alcohol content calculator to see if you're over the limit. Need a number for a cab? Which bus route is closest? We've got you covered. Just enter your current location and we'll send you a whole list of ways to get you moving forward.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

GetHomeSafe is social. Our content is constantly evolving thanks to your participation. Suggest missing routes... add taxi companies... even rate the late night food joints in the area! Our app relies on collaboration. Become an active user and earn points for the chance to win a free ride on us - we'll be your DD. Together, let's help each other have fun and stay safe.
